Racing Golfers - Shitbox Rally
We’re raising money for the Cancer Council, to help fund the research into a cure for Cancer.
And we’re doing in memory of our Dad who we lost just under 2 years ago, and Victoria’s childhood friend Jo, who was take 7 years back.
To date – Victoria and I have raised $31,348 for the Cancer Council. And we’re back to raise even more.
The Rally itself is not for the faint of heart. It’s called the Sh*tbox Rally for a reason. You have a budget of $1,000 to purchase a car – then we drive some 3,700km across the back roads Australia.
This year we’re starting off in Melbourne, travelling North through outback NSW, QLD, heading down the Plenty Hwy where we finish up in Alice Springs.
With some 250 odd S’boxes participating – it is a sight to behold.
